Kevin E. Hill is a personal injury attorney and partner at Colbert Cooper Hill in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where he has practiced for more than 30 years. He focuses on representing injury victims and their families in truck accident, car accident, wrongful death, and personal injury cases.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Central State University in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and all three federal district courts in Oklahoma, giving him the range to handle both state and federal cases on behalf of his clients.

His career spans more than three decades of plaintiff-side litigation. He began at Fenton, Fenton, Smith, Reneau and Moon before joining Huddleston, Pike and Associates, and later co-founded Homsey Cooper Hill in 1998. In 2014, the firm became Colbert Cooper Hill, where he continues to serve as a named partner.

Kevin has been recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyers honoree and is a member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, designations reserved for attorneys who have secured verdicts and settlements of one million dollars or more for their clients. He serves as counsel to the OKC Firefighters Union and sits on the UCO Board of Trustees. In 2019, he was inducted into the UCO Athletics Hall of Fame.

He is also an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Oklahoma Association for Justice, the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Association of Truck Accident Attorneys, and the American Inns of Court.

A native of Oklahoma City’s south side, Kevin developed a love for tennis early in life, a passion that has stayed with him ever since. He and his wife, Michele, have four grown children. Outside the office, Kevin loves playing tennis and competing in tournaments across the country, and works on the couple’s farm.

Fun fact: He never passes up a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Deluxe cookie from Insomnia Cookies.
